This is a very popular and productive workshop. The popularity
speaks to the tremendous need for authentic gender dialogue

Apart from stress due to the fast pace of modern life much stress results from gender differences and gender communication styles.
Typical topics include communication, conflicts, dating, dating
and domestic violence, sex, safety, workplace harassment and
policies, feminism, sexism, gender stereotyping, resisting peers.

** Conferencing it is essentially
a facilitated conversation among the community of people affected
by a given situation (generally up to 40 people). It may be
a dispute or more probably a series of disputes; it may be
a stress or tension that needs to be addressed by the group.
Participants share their views on what has happened and how
each person has been affected. They then draw on their personal
knowledge of the situation to arrive collaboratively at an
outcome. In the process, participants change the nature of
their relationships to each other, transforming conflict into
cooperation.
