4. Stress Solutions
This fun workshop provides safe and healthy stress solutions to help you cope with increasing
home and workplace stress. The workshop will help you learn how to improve
your overall health while reducing stress.
Techniques such as Benson’s
relaxation response, being present, the one minute meditation,
internal monitoring and office yoga are some of the useful
stress dissipating tools we explore.
Human causes of anxiety, difficult or angry co-workers/clients
and family, negative
self talk are managed through possibility communication skills in the longer
workshops.

wishing to diminish the impact of stress on their careers
and health.
